About the Author

Thomas Gordon, PhD, is president of Effectiveness Training, Inc., Solana Beach, California. W. Sterling Edwards, MD, is professor and chairman emeritus of the Department of Surgery at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He is the author of numerous books and publications in the medical field.
