His second cookbook, Healthy Eating for Life (2014), is aimed at everyone wanting to eat more healthily without sacrificing quality or taste. His third cookbook, Mediterranean Cooking for Diabetics (2016) includes full-color photos of his recipes as well as glimpses of his home in the South of France.
