Making Space for Yourself: A guide to getting what you need (1) (Drawing from the Well)

This book is the essence of the collaboration and teamwork between two close (but uniquely different) friends. Refreshingly honest and to-the-point, Making Space for Yourself is equal parts illuminating literary tool and contemplative art piece that provides the reader with a healthy dose of inspiration. Its unvarnished thoughts about life, self-care, and what it means to be human will help readers gain a deeper level of understanding about themselves, the world, and their relationships within the world.

The result?

A welcome feeling of peace and contentment, and a greater sense of how to live with compassion and enthusiasm.

Keep this book to yourself, as a companion to your own meditation practice. Or share it with others and use it to deepen and enrich your conversations and relationships.
