Making music: Musical Instruments of Zimbabwe Past and Present

This book uniquely brings the rich array of the Zimbabwean musical heritage to life. It introduces the teaching and playing of indigenous Zimbabwean instruments, and covers the whole experience of musical instruments from the "first instrument", the voice, through other types of instrument, particularly the growing number of local instruments such as the mbira, marimba, chipendani and ngororombe.
