Chase Cormier nait aux Opelousas en Louisiane. Il est titulaire d'un dipl�me de doctorat en �tudes francophones de l'Universit� de Louisiane � Lafayette o�, entre 2018 et 2023, il dirige les publications annuelles de Feux Follets, une revue d'�criture cr�ative et d'art visuel. � travers une pluralit� de genres litt�raires, ses �crits interrogent entre autres les enjeux environnementaux et linguistiques en Louisiane, les rapports � la m�moire et � l'identit�, la masculinit�, ainsi que la fluidit� des fronti�res saum�tres entre r�el et fiction. Il vit actuellement en Ohio.
