Separate 20-page instruction booklet. Wraps lightly soiled; light wear along edges; tear at foot of spine. Pieces partly detached on page 2 (universal power house) and page 14 (seaplane) but all present. Pieces have all bee detached from pages 15-16 (spinning wheel) and a few are missing. Parts on some other pages are working loose. Instruction booklet with a few marks but mostly clean.
