[xvii]; 552pp. Clean and sharp, very light wear; internally clean and fresh; in a bright priceclipped dustjacket with some light scuffing to the front panel. A very good, clean copy. An attempt to separate historical fact from mythological fiction regarding migration of ancient peoples from the Old World to the New via ocean travel. From the library of Nathaniel Tarn, noted poet, translator, and anthropologist, bearing his bookplate to the front pastedown.
