D. 800 - 1450, Chevalier Bayard, Swiss Mercenary, the battle order of the 15th century, the armor of Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Warwick, the Italian Caroccio, a crossbowman with salade, linked collar and apron, brigandine, steel knee-pieces, woollen sleeves and tights, pavis, or shield, and goat-skin quiver, a pikeman with pavis, salade, shoulder, elbow, and upper arm, cuirass, and brigandine, Maximilian armor including horse armor with chamfron, crinet, poitrel, flanchards, and crupper-piece, regiment of Picardy, drummer of Lansquenets, an artillery officer from 1555, and a general officer, 1590, half-armor of 1550, Arquebusier with morion, cuirass and tassets, and powder-belt, armor of Gaspard de Coligny, a full page plate of the Spanish armor during the Armada, white and black Mousquetaires of Louis XIII, Cromwelian soldiers, and engineer officer, etc. Housed in protective mylar report cover with spine sleeve.
