Add to basket(Nightstand Book NB 1891). Campy Necrophilia-themed cover with womon sneakily unzipping the fly of a handsome man in a coffin. Two retail price stickers one on top of the other on cover (hard to remove without damage). Retail marker stripe to edge of text block. Cover copy reads: Sarah had caught the burglar, but what should she do with him now? He did not appear to be very interested in her, but maybe if she were to begin a slow strip? First paragraph(s): SARAH HARROD SAT PARTLY HIDDEN BEHIND the drooping fronds of a potted palm, staring vacantly through the funeral parlor's gauzy gloom at the softly flood-lit body of her husband. The blue serge suit looked well on him, she thought. One needed to look sharply to detect its shoddiness. What difference did it make anyway? He had worn it in life, surely it was good enough for a corpse. Lucky he had a dark suit. Why spend seventy-five dollars or more for a new one just for a few hours of display in a funeral parlor and a short ride to the crematory? A plain waste of money. Besides, Sarah thought, they would probably steal the suit before he was cremated anyway, and sell it. She had heard that sometimes happened. Why burn perfectly good new suit that would bring dollars from an old clothes man? Size: 4" x 7". 160 pages. Text unmarked. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Some age-toning to page edges. Some long but faint reading-creases. Nightstand Book NB 1891 Illustrator: Robert Bonfils. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: Under 12 oz.
