"First American edition 1993" stated. Number line beginning with 1. Near fine hardback in very good plus if not near fine UNPRICED, UNCLIPPED dust jacket. Moderate, if not minor spotting to top edge of block. Dust jacket has a 1 inch closed tear to top edge of front panel at spine fold; a 3/8 inch closed tear and associated 1/2 inch hairline crease to bottom edge of front panel; a 3/8 inch by 3/8 inch chip and associated 3/4 inch closed tear to top edge of rear panel at spine fold and minor additional wear to head and heel of spine, corners, edges and extremities. Only minor, if not trivial additional signs of age/wear/previous use to book and dust jacket.

We require payment up front in the form of cash, credit card, PayPal, or money order. Please contact us by phone or email with any questions regarding payment. We do not invoice indivuals. Money orders will be held for 5 business days or until funds clear. Customer pays reasonable shipping/insurance. Orders are returnable with persmission, but refunds apply only to cost of book and tax (in CA), not to shipping. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 4 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We may also need to request extra shipping charges for overseas orders, depending on weight and destination.
