This book on 'Management of Education' is the art of getting the work done by others by utilizing the available resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the predetermined objectives of the enterprises. Human resources is the most important resources available to the enterprises in both the private and public sector. HR plays a major role in economic development of a country. All other resources will remain unutilized in absence of human resource. Hence human resource is prominent and needs special care and attention to manage properly, but definitely not by hunch or intuition. Keeping in view the current requirements, we have made the necessary efforts to clarify the concepts of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations to enable the students.
