The Management

Roméra Montes life takes a turn for the worst when she finds out that she can no longer go to college. As years pass, she finds herself unsuccessful in managing her own life. After suddenly getting fired from The Morning Thrill Café, Roméra faces the challenges of financial stress and the possibility of losing everything.

Then, she meets Alejandro Castellano, the CEO of Kingdom Come Assisted Living. Powerful, handsome, disciplined, and used to being in control, Andro is determined to bring her into his world. Roméra suddenly finds herself working for his empire, and she has much to learn about the luxurious retirement community if she wants to survive. What starts as work quickly turns into something sharper: overtime, late nights, blurred lines, and an immediate connection between the two of them that feels less like a choice and more like fate.

As Roméra's past resurfaces, she's forced to face what she's spent years avoiding, what she's still carrying, and what she's willing to fight for.

Set against the intensity and beauty of the city of San Francisco and other vibrant locations, The Management is a charge, emotional romance about power, betrayal, healing, loyalty, forgiveness, and the kind of love that demands those strong enough to rise to the occasion.
