Management By Running In Circles

THE TRUEST DEFINITION AND EXPLANATION OF MANAGEMENT PRACTICES SINCE "THE PETER PRINCIPLE"!

FORGET THE CHEESE...ARE YOU READY TO REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW CORPORATE AMERICA WORKS?

All management fads run in circles. The most torrid fad eventually languishes, then gets pitched onto the rubbish heap, eventually returning under a new name and hailed as an innovative "new" management discovery.

If you live long enough, you can watch some fads reappear three or four times, with each reincarnation acclaimed as the savior of business. It’s never-ending.

Through many insightful and humorous chapters the reader discovers why everything in business goes in circles. Make no mistake about it: This is a book of humor that may be adopted as the bible of corporate behavior by executives in every nook and cranny of the business world.

M. Ronald Smith is a graduate of Clarkson University and worked for several years at Reynolds Metals and Ford Motor Company.
