With over 20 years of global consulting experience, she has worked with clients such as AT&T, Chase, CIGNA, Credit Suisse, Ford, General Electric, JP Morgan, MetLife, Pfizer, Philips, Viacom, and Nokia, among others. Her latest book, "A Manager's Guide to Virtual Teams", is an essential working road-map for virtual teams and is based on over 150 interviews with virtual leaders, project managers and remote members across industries. She is a frequent guest speaker: Zofi recently conducted a workshop on 'Managing a Virtual Workforce' at the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Conference.
