About the Author
Dr. Lois Hart has over 27 years of training, organization development, and coaching experience. She is President of Leadership Dynamics and founder and Director of the Women's Leadership Institute. Dr. Hart and her associates offer training and consulting to organizations that are interested in developing their leaders and employees in the following areas; facilitation, leadership, team development, conflict, men and women at work, and communication. Dr. Hart earned a B.S. from the University of Rochester, a M.S. from Syracuse University and a Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts.
