He is the author of more than 100 articles on business communications and information system topics, published in over 35 magazines, and is the author or co-author of 11 books. Mr. Kliem is a former adjunct faculty member with Seattle Pacific University and is founding Editor-in-Chief of the Northwest Artificial Intelligence Forum (NAIF) Journal. Irwin S. Ludin, MS, MBA, is vice president of Practical Creative Solutions, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of environments including academia, aerospace, telecommunications, government, health care, manufacturing, operations, support services, and training. He has had many articles published on management topics and is the co-author of 10 books.
