About the Author
Ralph L. Kliem, MA, is president of Practical Creative Solutions, Inc., a firm specializing in project management consulting and training. He has over 20 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies and small firms in information systems and business management. He is the author of more than 100 articles on business communications and information system topics, published in over 35 magazines, and is the author or co-author of 11 books. Mr. Kliem is a former adjunct faculty member with Seattle Pacific University and is founding Editor-in-Chief of the Northwest Artificial Intelligence Forum (NAIF) Journal. Irwin S. Ludin, MS, MBA, is vice president of Practical Creative Solutions, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of environments including academia, aerospace, telecommunications, government, health care, manufacturing, operations, support services, and training. He has had many articles published on management topics and is the co-author of 10 books. Mr. Ludin is a former adjunct faculty member with City University, Assistant Editor of the Northwest Artificial Intelligence Forum (NAIF) Journal, and is a member of the IEEE Review Board.
