The proceedings of the 6th International Seminar & Conference on Learning Organization (ISCLO) with the theme “Enhancing Organization’s Competitiveness through Knowledge Sharing and Learning Culture in the 4.0 Era” provides research results from scientists, scholars and practitioners, exchanging information and discussing the latest issues related to topics such as Marketing, Human Resources, Industrial Behavior and Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management, IT and Operations Management Economics, Financial and Accounting. Indira Rachmawati is full-time lecturer at the Department of Telecommunications and Information Business Management, School of Economics and Business, Telkom University, Indonesia. She teaches courses in marketing management, integrated marketing communications, consumer behaviour, management of services and operations in the telecommunications sector. Her research interests include consumer behaviour in the service industry, services marketing in telecommunications, and branding strategies. She is an active researcher who has published several articles in national and international journals and proceedings.

Ratih Hendayani is Lecturer at the School of Economics and Business, Telkom University. Currently, she also studies at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia for a PhD. Her research topic is about Operational Quality Management and Supply Chain Management. She has published several research articles in international journals and proceedings, some of which have been Scopus indexed.
