About the Authors is a professional writer and editor of computer hardware and software manuals. She gained her insider knowledge about Microsoft Project as an original member of that program’s software documentation team. She previously served as a product support engineer for Hewlett-Packard, where she also wrote computer-related manuals. She is the author of Managing Projects with Microsoft Projects, Project 2.0 and Project 4.0 and lives in Seattle, Washington. has worked as a member of the Microsoft Project software documentation team for over 3 years. During his 10-year technical writing career he has written software manuals and other technical documentation for Microsoft and Active Voice Corporation.
