Rajiv Ranjan Mishra is a former Director General of the National Mission for Clean Ganga―an ambitious flagship by the Indian government with projects worth USD 3.73 billion. In that position, he drove the strategy and agenda for the mission in the most populous basin in the world for effective abatement of pollution, conservation, and rejuvenation of the River Ganges and its tributaries.
Uday Bhonde has more than 18 years of research and practical experience in urban lake management, water resilient cities, innovations in urban water and sanitation and hygiene, and urban flood resilience. He has developed several capacity building programs on sustainable urban water and sanitation management for the Ministry of Urban Development (India)and other international organizations.
Hitesh Vaidya has more than 20 years of experience in the field of urban management, urban governance, and capacity building. He has been associated in the areas of urban development, urban governance, and urban infrastructure management with the UN, World Bank, and US Agency for International Development assignments. Formerly, he was the Country Representative of UN-Habitat in India.

I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

§ 5 Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the existing business relationships with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought. The right to appeal to the court at another statutory place of jurisdiction remains unaffected by this.
(3) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall expressly not apply.
