About the author:
Dr. Stuart R. Wolk earned his BA degree from Queens College of the CUNY System, his MA from the Graduate Faculty of the New School for Social Research, his JD from Brooklyn Law School and his Ph.D. from St. Andrew’s University. He is an Alvin Johnson Prize Scholar. In additional to receiving many honorary degrees, he is a graduate of the Air War College and the Industrial College of the Armed Formed Forces.
Dr. Wolk has taught at several major universities, including the United States Military Academy (West Point). His most recent book “Legal Aspects of Computer Use” was published by Prentice-Hall. A new book “Managers and Other Incompetents” will be out shortly.
Dr. Wolk is the senior partner of his own law firm with offices in Washington, D.C., New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and managing director of the Institute of Global Business Concerns. He served in several federal judicial administrative capacities and is listed in all editions of Who’s Who in American Law. A general outside-counsel for many large U.S. corporations, he is also an officer of several individual companies.
