Man's Supreme Inheritance is a book written by F. Matthias Alexander, which discusses the concept of conscious guidance and control in relation to human evolution. The author argues that humans have the ability to use their conscious mind to guide and control their physical and mental development, leading to greater health, happiness, and success in life. Alexander draws on his own experiences as a teacher of the Alexander Technique, a method of body-mind integration, to illustrate his points and provide practical advice for readers.
