Manteno Never Was The Problem

This is not a history. This is not a cautionary tale. This is not a diagnosis, a defense, or a definitive account. Manteno Was Never the Problem is a reckoning-a procession through memory, myth, and institutional choreography. It is written not for academia, but for the interested reader. For the one willing to sit with discomfort, to wrestle with consensus, and to question what we call care.

I ask only this: read with an open mind. Not to agree, but to witness. Not to resolve, but to reckon. The stories within are drawn from memory, not archives. The testimony is mine, but the ache is shared. If you've come looking for footnotes, you may be disappointed. If you've come looking for restoration, you may find something shimmering.
