Hardback, 7.5 x 5 inches. Textured pebbled red cloth with decorative blind embossed boards, decorative gilt lettering to front and design to spine. Full gilt page edges. In very good condition. Some slight darkening to spine, a couple of minor handling marks to cover, some minor rubbing to edges, corners slightly bumped, ends of spine a little rubbed. with some small nicks. Reinforcements between endpapers. Lacks free front endpaper. One minor stain to edge of frontis plate, and slightly on edge of p1-3. One or two minor handling marks else inside pages and plates all very clean and tight throughout. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 47pp. + 36pp advert catalogue. Illustrated with 8 full-page plates, 2 are of Alphabets. Decorative colour chapter header on p5 and p43. With a B&W illustration on p1 ?Barnard?s Illuminating Colours.? Seller Inventory # 91274
