xviii — 303 pages, + (14) pages of sporting adverts, with numerous full page and illustrations, small section of blank top margin removed on 1 plate. Ownership pencil inscription dated 1878 with later stamp below to front end paper. Original brown cloth binding titled in black, rubbing to head and tail of the spine cloth a little discoloured. A tight Good +. copy. A comprehensive book on marksmanship and rifle training, the guns, army training etc. Riling 929.
