Large uncolored map showing hundreds of mining claims in the vicinity of Virginia City and Silver City, Nevada. Original gray printed folder, front cover detached. Small separations at some fold junctions, one small triangular area missing along a fold in an unprinted area at the left of the map. A small table at the bottom shows the names nof major claims and mines with statistics about those mines. This map is very useful as it clearly superimposes the claims over a topographic map of the area, making it very easy to see exactly where the mines are located.
