Original black leather folder with advertising pastedown inside front cover. Map has light staining at top and bottom edges, separations at fold junctions, tear along one fold. Full color by county. Hooker was noted as a seller of nautical charts and equipment. He also published a series of maps of New York City. This is the first map of New York State by Hooker which we have seen.
