Large wall map of Rhode Island, in good to very good condition with some cracking and damage with light loss. Some small holes, likely from insect exposure, in the left margin. Published by John Douglass, of 356-358-360 Pearl St., New York. Land owners identified. Full hand color by county. 62 inset maps and plans of cities, towns and villages including large insets of Providence, Newport and Pawtucket. This map was also printed in 1862 and 1863 with a different address for Douglass and some small changes on the map surface. A very rare, very detailed map of Rhode Island.
