How to visually represent the self in psychotherapy and research

This book is for anyone who is concerned about what it means to be themselves. Mapping An Understanding provides clarity, witticisms, and real-life examples that help the reader bolster

their understanding of how our identity is shaped by external and internal occurrences. This book takes complex ideas and transmutes them into easy-to-understand tidbits of information.

And for those who are practicing, either in therapy or in a teaching capacity, there are useful exercises you can do with clients at the end of each chapter. This is a powerful book that both
