In Marathon 101, Dave Masterson shares with readers the tips, strategies, and training methods that he has cultivated over the years serving as professional marathon pacer so that you can safely and confidently achieve your personal best. Inside you'll find: A breakdown of popular training plans and if they're the right fit for you; Tips on running gear for all types of weather; Advice on mental readiness; Nutrition strategies for fuelling before, during, and after a marathon; And so much more!
