Confirmation of purchase:

With the confirmation you enter into a legally valid purchase contract
If you buy online, you will receive the goods after payment

Cancellation:

The purchase can only be cancelled free of charge until dispatch
In the event of cancellation after dispatch of the goods, return shipping and other fees will be charged to the buyer

• After receipt of the payment confirmation, the purchase will be sent to you (within max. 2 days)

** Payment with TWINT (Switzerland):**

• After the purchase confirmation, you will receive a QR code by e-mail, follow the instructions
• • After receipt of the payment confirmation, the purchase will be sent to you (within max. 2 days)

Payment by bank transfer:

• After the purchase confirmation, you will receive the bank details for the transfer by e-mail within 24 hours.
• After receipt of the amount, the purchase will be sent to you (within max. 2 days)

Packaging and shipping costs:

Standard shipping within Switzerland and the EU is free; express shipping is subject to additional fees.

In the event of defects/damage occurring in the post, any liability on our part is rejected, everything is packed very well, in the event of any shipping damage, the post office is responsible.
In the case of valuable books, an appropriate shipping insurance is taken out, which is at the expense of the buyer, depending on the value, a pick-up from us is recommended or a personal delivery (CH) to you is possible by arrangement.
