Bright blue cloth with titles in gilt on spine and front cover. Compass and the price of 2/6 stamped in gilt on front cover. Pale yellow endpapers. Condition: Good, covers have light shelfwear and soiling with an area of spotting to rear cover. Browning to endpapers. Binding sound, text clean, no inscriptions. 67pp. plus tables and magnetic charts. Includes chapters on magnets, terrestrial magnetism, compasses, deviation and heeling error. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
