Mashle: Magic and Muscles, Vol. 9

Can muscles crush magic?!

In the magic realm, magic is everything—everyone can use it, and one’s skill determines their social status. Deep in the forest, oblivious to the ways of the world, lives Mash. Thanks to his daily training, he’s become a fitness god. When Mash is discovered, he has no choice but to enroll in magic school, where he must beat the competition without revealing his secret—he can’t use magic!

Mash has narrowly avoided Innocent Zero’s attack, but more danger is soon to come as Mash faces his most loathsome foe yet—the end-of-semester test! Will his friends be able to save him from a failing mark and subsequent expulsion? Meanwhile, a certain someone still refuses to accept Mash and is going so far as to interfere in his Divine Visionary candidate interview. Assassins are coming out of the woodwork, and the final trischool competition to become the next Visionary is about to begin!

Hajime Komoto made his manga debut with the hit series Mashle: Magic and Muscles, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in January 2020.
