The authors explore the early civilizations of Peru, pre-dating the Incan empire by 1,500 years or more, describing Walla-Marka, everyday life of the Wallas, Munaos and Malkis, funeral rites, luggage for the after-life, the pyramid valley, Wakoto, the talking oracle of Rimac, pagan cults, Wakas, Wallalo, deities of the Pacific, etc. This edition includes the supplements.
