Good looseleaf/folder with interior clasping. Folder is black with gold seal on cover that reads 'Master Designers Book of Instructions.' Some oxidation to metal clasps but still very funtional, solid binding. May be missing a title page, the first page is the Foreward. 163 pages. One page near back ('You Need These Books') has a few marks in red crayon, interior is otherwise unmarked. Some shelfwear, especially to upper corners. Front upper corner is a bit warped and creased.
