How to Master Life: The Science Behind "The Secret"

The Secret has done an excellent job of raising awareness about The Law of Attraction but falls far short of explaining how we subconsciously create our own circumstances, or can do so consciously and with intent. This book fills that need.

In 1904 an Englishman, Thomas Troward, presented a series of lectures at Edinburgh University in Scotland, called, "The Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science." A true genius who was a century or two ahead of his time, Troward s theory explains why and how The Secret works. Troward also explained how an individual can put it to work for his or her benefit.

Unfortunately, Troward wrote his lectures in the scientific vernacular of his day, making his theory incomprehensible to all but a few academicians. He and James Allen (1864-1916), also English, were leaders of the New Thought Movement.
