About the Author
Stephen Reid is an established management consultant. The majority of his work is with international organisations developing innovation, new strategies, people and teams through new ways of thinking and behaving. Stephen has a solid prior track record of running successful operations for large companies to managing director level. He also spends a portion of his time as a facilitator and workshop leader. Stephen is a member of Duke Corporate Education's global learning network. In addition Stephen is a course director at the Chartered Institute of Management in the UK. Stephen is the author of two other books, How to Think and High Performance Thinking Skills.
