A longitudinal, mult-disciplinary, population based study in the Machakos district of rural Kenya, examined the morbidity and mortality of childhood diseases, nutritional factors, environment, etc, collected over a seven year period. Prices are in US funds, shipping/insurance extra, we ship world-wide & securely wrap and pack all books. There is no handling charge and shipping is at cost. We ship by post office, UPS, FedEx, etc. Payment by US check on US bank, US international money order, Paypal, credit card via a secure server (do not email cc details), or wire transfer to our bank.
