too many apples to count.
Will there be hundreds? Thousands?
We can’t count that amount!

With bright, energetic illustrations, and simple, rhyming text, Math Adventure at the Apple Orchard follows Maya and John as they visit an apple orchard. There, they find shapes in the orchards, count apples, add and subtract, weigh their baskets, pay for their apples, and more.

Written with preschool curriculum vocabulary words in mind (sorting, numbers, geometry, measuring, money, calendar, and more, each page features one or more math term, all of which are defined on the last spread.
