New Customer orders will be acknowledged by return email or fax with a firm
quotation, plus postal costs (surface mail unless otherwise requested).

For new customers payment is due on receipt of quotation while for existing
customers payment is due on notification of despatch.

Payments can be made in any currency. We will advise the relevant amount with
our quotation.

Visa and Mastercard are also accepted with confirmation details of cardholders
name, card number and expiry date.

If you are not satisfied with any item received I will accept returns and refund
any money paid in full.
