Matrixing Karate Volume Two Green Belt

MATRIX KARATE VOLUME TWO GREEN BELT

Karate is an ancient martial art. Benefits include strength, flexibility, and, of course the ability to defend oneself.

Unfortunately, karate has been twisted and confused until it is difficult to learn, even taking years.

In this series of Matrix Karate books the author shows how to simplify karate, to make it so easy and intuitive to learn that it can be done in months instead of years.

You will still have to work hard, you will have to dedicate yourself. But no more mysticism, just common sense logic.

The secret? When something is logical it is easier to learn. The mind likes logic and will absorb it easily.

There are five books in the Matrix Karate series. They take you through the major belts in simple fashion. The forms are so logical they can be learned quickly. The techniques make so much sense it's impossible to forget them. The fighting drills will prepare you for real self defense!
