About the Author

Dr. Russell Schuh specializes in studies of social science intervention design, implementation, and evaluation at the University of Pittsburgh. In the Department of Administrative and Policy Studies at the School of Education he studies nonprofit organizational development and performance and teaches disciplined inquiry.
