An Acceptable, three quarter red leather binding, five raised hubs, gilt title/author lettering and gilt flower illustrations on spine, binding intact except one Volume, Thoughts, with heavy use to boards/hinges and boards almost detached, TEG with moderate blemishes, rubbing to board/spine edges and joints, few handling/scuff marks to text block edges, bottom text block edge a bit pulpy, some age toning to pages, marbled endpapers and pastedowns, small abrasion to board corners, ink Brenatons NY stamp verso top front free endpaper, diagonal crease half title and title page of the Volume The Buried Temple, abrasion top front board edge of Volume Mary Magdalene, dent top front board edge and almost detached front free endpaper with chips and tears of Volume Thoughts, few small abrasions to hubs, leather is dry and a bit brittle, some handling/rub marks to boards, set.
