The Father of Linear Programming and the Inventor of the "Simplex Method" "Dantzig's paper, originally written in 1947 but not published until 1951, was a fundamental application of computers to problems of management and economics. Dantzig was one of three founders (together with John von Neumann and Leonid Kantorovich) of linear programming, a mathematical method used for the optimum allocation of scarce resources among competing activities. In 1947 Dantzig discovered that many such allocation problems could be formulated as linear computer problems. He also devised an algorithm, known as the simplex method, which allowed these programs to be performed on a large scale and applied to real-world problems. Prices are net. Any local taxes are collected are required. Shipping extra. We ship SWISS POST all over the world. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (if received in original condition). Returns are only allowed within 30 days and only under certain conditions:

The seller is not required to accept a return for this reason and may choose to cancel the return request. The return is considered to be accepted unless cancelled by the seller within two business days. Items lost are refunded (30 days is the limit, though delays in shipments can be longer). Damaged items: Full or partial refunds are granted depending on the status of the item received. The buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping. Refunds, or returns, are granted for items ?not as described?. There is a possibility of mutual disagreement, if the dealer disagrees then the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
