Mayari: The Shadow Beneath The Light

Michelle Kristina Montenegro seemed like any other woman in Manila - brilliant, composed, admired by all. But beneath her calm exterior lies Mayari, the Shadow Beneath the Light, a woman trained by her father in the deadly Filipino martial art of Bahad Zu'Bu. Every move she makes is precise, every strike lethal, yet she only uses her skills to protect the innocent.

When she helps a struggling father and his young daughter escape a life of fear, Michelle inadvertently sets herself on a collision course with Colonel Romeo Salazar, a decorated military officer seeking vengeance for his brother's death. What begins as an act of mercy spirals into a dangerous game of survival, pitting a highly trained woman against a relentless officer who will stop at nothing to exact justice.

Mayari: The Shadow Beneath the Light is a gripping tale of courage, loyalty, and moral complexity - where protecting the helpless can spark the wrath of the powerful, and justice comes at a price only the fearless can pay.
