A must for any fan of The Andy Griffith Show. Mayberry Firsts is far more than a listing of the first time a character or event was seen in The Andy Griffith Show. These "firsts" are used as jumping-off points to provide a fun way to convey history and trivia about this American classic series. Written as short-form essays, the book is a treasure trove of little known facts about the show as seen by the public and behind-the-scenes information.
