About the Author

Terry is a retired English solicitor living in New South Wales. This is his second novel. His first is a fictional autobiography of Thomas Wentworth, 1st Earl of Strafford (1593-1641), who became Charles 1st's most important minister. As far as he knows this is the first novel in which this amazingly important real historical man is the leading character. Terry is married to Christine and has three children and five grandchildren. Christine sings and plays the piano. Terry plays the clarinet.
