Chris Johnson has over 20 years exerience in the health and fitness industry, offering hands-on practical guidances to thousands of individuals and clients. He holds a Master of Arts in Exercise Physiology from Michigan State University. He is the Personal Training Director for three hospital-based fitness facilities in Michigan. He serves as Adjunct profession at MSU's Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine and Education. He is certified as an Exercise Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine, and is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise.
