Good condition. The interior pages appear clean and intact, with the binding secure. The book shows substantial exterior wear from previous use, including rubbing, scuffing, creasing, and edge/corner wear to the covers and spine. There is also a large area of torn/removed sticker or label residue on the lower back cover, with some surface damage to the cover in that area.
