You Can Measure Anything!: An Educator's Guide to Measuring What is Hard to Define (Paperback or Softback)

Some concepts just seem too… intangible.

How can you determine if you are achieving goals related to ideas like engagement, belonging, or transparency if you are not sure how to define—let alone measure them? Do you exclude them from your conversations because those concepts are just too hard—or seemingly impossible—to measure?

The good news…

YOU CAN MEASURE ANYTHING!

If you know the process to measure something you can measure anything, and in You Can Measure Anything, Dr. Nicole Alioto will share her Diamond Definition™ process so you can get the best data for the best insights. This book is a guide to getting clear before collecting data so measurements are accurate, reflecting what you want and need to know.

In You Can Measure Anything, you will:

• Engage the school community in building clarity and understanding of your district’s direction,
• Learn to use existing research that will benefit your goals, not impede progress, and,
• Understand what concepts look like at the classroom, program, and institutional levels when connected to clearly defined and measurable behaviors.

When you work through the Diamond Definition™ process to make intangible concepts tangible so you can define them and measure them reliably, you will gain accurate insights about those concepts, make better decisions, and achieve greater results!
