Good+ oversized hardcover 12-5/8x16-7/8". Good hardcover with sharp type, and frayed, chipped corners and edges; cloth is loose from spine strip but still attached. Scratches and mall water spots along top and bottom edges but does not go through to inside covers. Front hinge is loose but attached; rear end paper is split at gutter.
